Welcome to: The Tiramisu Masterclass

Meet your host: Ariana

Arianna learnt to cook the way many Italians do: at home, from her mum. The recipes and techniques came through time spent together in the kitchen, making the food they knew and loved. It’s where her own love of cooking began, and those are the traditions she now brings to her masterclass.

Tiramisù is one of those dishes that looks simple, but the details matter. Getting the mascarpone cream just right, knowing how long to soak the ladyfingers, building the layers and finding that balance between coffee, sweetness and cocoa. In this masterclass, Arianna and Nunzio share how it’s done, so you can make a proper Italian tiramisù for yourself.

Master the Art of Traditional Tiramisù

Discover what goes into a proper Italian tiramisù, from getting the mascarpone cream just right to soaking the ladyfingers in coffee and building each layer. You’ll learn the little details that make a difference, finish yours with a generous dusting of cocoa, then sit down and enjoy what you’ve made.

And because one tiramisù is never enough, you’ll make a second to take home and share with friends and family, or keep entirely to yourself. We won’t judge.

Workshop Itinerary

As everyone arrives, we'll welcome you with a relaxed introduction before getting into the craft of proper pizza making. Then it's aprons on and hands in, as you make your dough from scratch, learn how to work and shape it properly, add your toppings and get your pizza into the oven before sitting down to enjoy what you've made.
