Since launching in April 2021, Wapping Market has generated over £3 million in sales, all going straight into the pockets of small, independent hospitality businesses.
That’s candlemakers working from kitchen tables, chefs squeezing entire restaurants into vans held together with duct tape, musicians hauling amps across cobblestones, and living room startups rolling the dice. Meanwhile, behind the scenes, our crew are lugging crates, wrestling gazebos into place, and discovering yet again that everything we lift seems to be wet, heavy, and leaking.
